ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374)

Temporary Restricted Zone at Pine Street, Tai Kok Tsui

      In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 2 March 2015 to 6 March 2015, the section of Pine Street from its junction with Fuk Tsun Street to a point about 20 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

      Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

• (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
• (b) loading or unloading goods.

      The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

      At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
