ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374)

Temporary Restricted Zone at Man Yuen Street, Jordan

     In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 10 April 2015 to 24 April 2015, the section of Man Yuen Street from a point about 35 metres east of its junction with Man Sing Street to a point about 35 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

     Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

• (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
• (b) loading or unloading goods.

     The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
