Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Tsim Sha Tsui
Members of Public are advised that in connection with the holding of Hong Kong Dragon Boat Carnival, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Tsim Sha Tsui from 12.00 noon to 6.00 pm on 3 July 2015 and from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm daily from 4 July 2015 to 5 July 2015:-
(i)
Temporary Closure of Lay-by
The lay-by on Salisbury Road westbound opposite to Wing On Plaza will be temporarily closed for all traffic.
(ii)
Temporary Suspension of Bus Stop
The bus stop on Salisbury Road westbound opposite to Wing On Plaza for KMB Route Nos. 5A, 260X, 268B and 269B and NWFB Route No. 796X will be temporarily suspended.
(iii)
Temporary Relocation of Bus Stop
The bus stop on Salisbury Road westbound opposite to Wing On Plaza for KMB Route No. 8P will be temporarily relocated to Salisbury Road westbound opposite to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
Actual implementation of and adjustment to traffic control will be made by the Police at the time depending on conditions in the areas.
Meanwhile, appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will be displayed by concerned public transport operator to advise passengers of the above public transport arrangement.
