Temporary Restricted Zone at Hi Lung Lane, Yau Ma Tei
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 3 July 2015 to 31 July 2015, the section of Hi Lung Lane between Shanghai Street and Temple Street will be temporarily designated a restricted zone 24 hours daily.
