Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 4 December 2015, the eastern kerbside lane of Lui Ming Road from a point about 59 metres south of its junction with Wai Ming Street to a point about 65 metres south of the same junction will be designated restricted zone 24 hours daily:
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
At the same time, the existing 7.00 am to 12.00 midnight restricted zone on the above section of road will be rescinded.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
