Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 18 December 2015, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-
(1) the northern kerbside lane of Wah Ming Road from its junction with Yan Shing Lane to a point about 20 metres west of the same junction;
(2) the western kerbside lane of Yan Shing Lane from its junction with Wah Ming Road to a point about 15 metres north of the same junction; and
(3) the southern kerbside land of Wah Ming Road from a point about 90 metres west of its junction with Pak Wo Road to a point about 120 metres west of the same junction.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
At the same time, the existing 7.00 am to 7.00 pm restricted zones on the above sections of road will be rescinded.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
