Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 27(1) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.01 a.m. on 4 January 2016, the following road section in Ta Kwu Ling and Sha Tau Kok will be closed to all vehicles 24 hours daily, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport:
(1) The carriageway for both directions of Lin Ma Hang Road from its junction with the access road to Lin Ma Hang Village to its junction with Shan Tsui Village Road.
The extent of the closed road will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
At the same time, the existing closed road area for Ping Che Road and Lin Ma Hang Road will be rescinded.
