TRAFFIC ADVICE
Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road resurfacing work, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented during the period specified below:
I. Temporary Traffic Arrangements
(a) Lane Closure
(i) The middle lane of Leighton Road eastbound from a point about 65 metres east of its junction with Canal Road East to a point about 130 metres east of the same junction will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 18 April 2016;
(ii) The middle lane of Leighton Road eastbound from its junction with Canal Road East to a point about 65 metres east of the same junction will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 18 April 2016;
(iii) The left lane of Leighton Road eastbound from a point about 65 metres east of its junction with Canal Road East to a point about 130 metres east of the same junction will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 19 April 2016;
(iv) The left lane of Leighton Road eastbound from its junction with Canal Road East to a point about 65 metres east of the same junction will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 19 April 2016;
(v) The left lane of Leighton Road westbound between Percival Street and Wong Nai Chung Road will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 25 April 2016;
(vi) The left lane of Leighton Road westbound from its eastern junction with Wong Nai Chung Road to a point about 50 metres west of the same junction and the right lane of Wong Nai Chung Road from its eastern junction with Leighton Road to a point about 25 metres west of the same junction will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 9 May 2016;
(vii) The right lane of Leighton Road eastbound between Canal Road East and Matheson Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 10 May 2016; and
(viii) The right lane of Leighton Road westbound from its junction with Matheson Street to a point about 35 metres west of the same junction will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 10 May 2016.
(b) Traffic Diversion
All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn from the right lane of Leighton Road eastbound onto Matheson Street from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 18 April 2016.
II. Temporary Transport Arrangements
The following bus and Green Mini Bus (GMB) stops will be temporarily relocated or suspended:
(a) From 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 18 and 19 April 2016

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices at the stops to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
