Special Transport Arrangements for

King Yin Lei Public Open Days in July and August 2016

 

        King Yin Lei will be opened to public on 30, 31 July and 20, 21 August 2016. Special public transport service will be operated as follows:-

 

(i)                 Special trips of Green Minibus Route No. 26 (Lee Garden Road, Causeway Bay – Stubbs Road near King Yin Lei entrance) will be operated between 9.30 am and 5.00 pm on the above mentioned days; and

 

(ii)               New World First Bus Route No. 15 (Central – The Peak) and No. 15B (Wan Chai (Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Extension) – The Peak) (operates on 31 July and 21 August 2016 only) will be strengthened subject to passenger demand.

 

        Members of the public heading for King Yin Lei are advised to use the above public transport services as no parking facilities will be provided at King Yin Lei.  The Transport Department anticipates that the traffic along Stubbs Road would be busy, especially during the arrival and dispersal phases of each visiting session.  Motorists are advised to avoid driving to the affected areas, exercise tolerance and patience, follow the instruction given by the Police in case of traffic congestion and watch out for the latest traffic news via the media.
