Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374 SUB. LEG. G)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 30 December 2016, the western kerbside lane of Yip Cheong Street from its junction with Kui Tat Street to a point about 50 metres north of the same junction will be designated restricted zone 24 hours daily:
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
At the same time, the existing 7.00 am to 7.00 pm restricted zone on the above section of road will be rescinded.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
