Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374 SUB. LEG. G)
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 20 December 2016, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily:
(i) the eastern kerbside lane of Fung Nam Road from a point about 5 metres south of its eastern junction with Tin Ping Road to a point about 85 metres south of the same junction; and
(ii) the western kerbside lane of Fung Nam Road from a point about 155 metres south of its eastern junction with Tin Ping Road to a point about 70 metres south of the same junction.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
At the same time, the existing 7.00 am to 7.00 pm goods vehicle restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
