Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangement in Tsz Wan Shan

     Members of the public are advised that in connection with the construction of Shatin to Central Link, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Tsz Wan Shan from 11.00 pm to 5.00 am daily from 11 February 2017 to 23 March 2017:

A. Temporary Road Closure

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

i. The only traffic lane of Wan Wah Street (southbound) between Wai Wah Street and Sheung
    Fung Street; and

ii. The only traffic lane of Sheung Fung Street (westbound) between Wan Wah Street and access
    road leading to Tsz Lok Estate (Lok Cheung House) Car Park.

B. Banning of left-turn vehicular movements

All vehicles will be temporarily banned from making left turn movements from Wai Wah Street onto Wan Wah Street (southbound).

C. Traffic Diversions

i. Affected vehicles on Wan Wah Street (southbound) heading for Shung Wah Street and Sheung Fung Street will be temporarily diverted via Wai Wah Street (eastbound), Tsz Wan Shan Road (eastbound), Yuk Wah Street (westbound), Wan Wah Street (southbound), Shung Wah Street (westbound) and Sheung Fung Street (northbound); and

ii. Affected vehicles on Wai Wah Street (westbound) heading for Shung Wah Street and Sheung Fung Street will be temporarily diverted via Wan Wah Street (northbound), Tsz Wan Shan Road (eastbound), Yuk Wah Street (westbound), Wan Wah Street (southbound), Shung Wah Street (westbound) and Sheung Fung Street (northbound).

D. Temporary GMB Route Diversion

GMB route 37A heading to Wong Tai Sin Station will be temporarily diverted via Wai Wah Street (eastbound), Tsz Wan Shan Road (eastbound), Yuk Wah Street (westbound), Wan Wah Street (southbound) and Shung Wah Street (westbound) before resuming its normal routing on Sheung Fung Street (southbound).

     Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.  The public transport operator will arrange publicity to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
