Opening of Lay-by on Spring Garden Lane, Wan Chai

        Motorists are advised that the lay-by on Spring Garden Lane opposite to Spring Garden Mansion will be opened for public use with effect from 10.00 am on 16 June 2017.

        Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be provided on site to guide motorists.
