ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Restricted Zone in Tsat Po Street, San Po Kong

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 24 November 2017, the southern kerbside lane of Tsat Po Street from a point about 15 metres east of its junction with Kai San Road to its junction with Luk Hop Street will be designated a restricted zone 24 hours daily. 

　　Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from: 

　　(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

　　(b) loading or unloading goods.

　　The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
