ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374)

Restricted Zone on Cheung Sha Wan Road, Cheung Sha Wan

　　In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 29 December 2017, the northern kerbside lane of the service road of Cheung Sha Wan Road from its junction with Kwong Cheung Street to a point about 20 metres east of the same junction will be designated a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

　　Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

　　(a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or
　　(b)  loading or unloading goods.

　　The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

　　At the same time, the existing restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily on the above road section as gazetted in GN 4971 of 23 August 2013 will be rescinded.
