ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS
(CHAPTER 374 SUB. LEG. G)

Extension of Temporary Prohibited Zones for Vehicles Exceeding 7 Meters in Length
in Kowloon City

     In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 17 June 2018 to 30 June 2018, the following road sections in Kowloon City will continue to be temporarily designated as prohibited zones for all motor vehicles exceeding 7 meters in length 24 hours daily:

     (a) the section of Nam Kok Road between Prince Edward Road West and Nga Tsin Wai Road;
     (b) the section of Prince Edward Road West (westbound) from its junction with Nam Kok Road to its junction with Nga Tsin Long Road; and 
     (c) the section of Nga Tsin Long Road between Prince Edward Road West and Nga Tsin Wai Road.

     Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 7 metres in length into the prohibited zone.

     The extent of the prohibited zones has been indicated by appropriate traffic signs.

     At the same time, the existing prohibited zones on the above road sections will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
