Traffic Advice
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Wong Chu Road, Tuen Mun
Members of the public are advised that in order to facilitate road works on Wong Chu Road, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Tuen Mun from 12.30 a.m. to 5.15 a.m. on 27, 28 and 29 June 2018.
(a) Road Closure
- The slip road leading from Hoi Wong Road northbound to Wong Chu Road eastbound will be closed to all vehicular traffic.
(b) Traffic Diversion
- Affected motorists are advised to travel via Wong Chu Road westbound, Lung Mun Road southbound, unnamed access road eastbound in Lung Mun Oasis, roundabout, unnamed access road westbound in Lung Mun Oasis, Lung Mun Road northbound and Wong Chu Road eastbound.
(c) Traffic Diversion of Bus and GMB
- Traffic diversion of bus routes and GMB routes will be as follows:
Route No. Direction Traffic diversion KMB Route N260 Mei Foo The routes on Hoi Wong Road northbound will be diverted to travel via Wong Chu Road westbound, Lung Mun Road southbound, unnamed access road eastbound in Lung Mun Oasis, roundabout, unnamed access road westbound in Lung Mun Oasis, Lung Mun Road northbound, Wong Chu Road eastbound and then resume their original routing. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions and drive with utmost care.
