TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE

Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Tsat Tsz Mui Road, North Point

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate water mains works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 10.00 am on 16 July 2018 to 6.00 pm on 29 September 2018:

A.    Road Closure

Tsat Tsz Mui Road eastbound between Healthy Street Central and Healthy Street East will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B.    Banning of Turning Movements

(i)  All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn from Healthy Village Phase 1 onto Tsat Tsz Mui Road westbound;

(ii)  All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Healthy Village Phase 2 on to Tsat Tsz Mui Road westbound; and

(iii)  All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn from Healthy Street East onto Tsat Tsz Mui Road westbound.

C.    Traffic Diversion

(i)  Tsat Tsz Mui Road westbound between Healthy Street Central and Healthy Street East will be temporarily converted as one-way eastbound traffic;

(ii)  Affected vehicles on Healthy Village Phase 1 and Healthy Village Phase 2 heading for Tsat Tsz Mui Road between Healthy Street Central and Healthy Street West will be diverted via Healthy Street East northbound, King's Road westbound, Healthy Street West southbound, Pak Fuk Road eastbound and Healthy Street Central northbound; and

(iii)  Affected vehicles on Healthy Street East heading for Tsat Tsz Mui Road westbound will be diverted via King's Road westbound, Healthy Street West southbound, Pak Fuk Road eastbound and Healthy Street Central northbound.

D.    GMB Diversion

GMB route 33 (North Point bound) will be diverted via Healthy Street East northbound, King's Road westbound, Healthy Street West southbound, Tsat Tsz Mui Road westbound before resuming its original routings.

E.    Suspension of GMB Stop

The GMB stop of route 33 (North Point bound) at Tsat Tsz Mui Road westbound outside Healthy Village Phase 1 will be suspended.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operator will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
