Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 13 December 2021:

1. 1. Road Closure
      The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
      1. The leftmost lane of Gloucester Road eastbound near Central Plaza; and
      2. The left lane of Fleming Road northbound between Gloucester Road and Harbour Road.
   2. Traffic Diversion
      Affected vehicles on Gloucester Road eastbound heading for Fleming Road northbound will be diverted via Tonnochy Road northbound, Harbour Road westbound, Fleming Road southbound and U-turn.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.
