TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui
Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Chatham Road South at the periods specified below:
I. Lane Closure
The following traffic lanes will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
From 11.00 pm on 8 December 2021 to 6.00 am of the following day
Part of the slow lane of Chatham Road South southbound near Gascoigne Road (Tsim Sha Tsui bound); and
From 11.00 pm on 9 December 2021 to 6.00 am of the following day
Part of the slow lane of Chatham Road South southbound near Cheong Wan Road (Tsim Sha Tsui bound).
II. Bus Stops Relocation
The bus stop of KMB route nos. 5, 28, 213X, 215X, 219X and 224X and CTB route no. N796 located on Chatham Road South southbound near Cheong Wan Road will be temporarily relocated for about 25 metres southwards from 11.00 pm on 9 December 2021 to 6.00 am of the following day.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
