Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Tsing Yi

        Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate road maintenance works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented at the following road sections in Tsing Yi from 11.30 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily on 15, 16 and 17 August 2022: 

(i)   Road closure
Parts of the traffic lanes of Cheung Tsing Highway (Kowloon bound) between North West Tsing Yi Interchange and Cheung Tsing Tunnel will be closed to all vehicular traffic.

(ii)  Traffic diversion
Vehicles on Tsing Long Highway/ Ting Kau Bridge southbound heading for Tsing Yi will be diverted via the leftmost slip road of North West Tsing Yi Interchange leading to Lantau Island or Tsing Yi Administration Building.

(iii) Temporary speed limit
The speed limit of the following road sections will be reduced to 50 km/hr:
      1. Parts of the slip road leading from Lantau Link to Cheung Tsing Highway/ Cheung Tsing Tunnel (Kowloon bound);
      2. The section of North West Tsing Yi Interchange (Kowloon bound) near Tsing Yi Administration Building;
      3. The section of Cheung Tsing Highway (Kowloon bound) between North West Tsing Yi Interchange and the vicinity of the western entrance of Cheung Tsing Tunnel; and
      4. The section of Tsing Sha Highway (Kowloon bound) between Cheung Tsing Highway and the vicinity of the western entrance of Nam Wan Tunnel.

        Motorists are advised to drive with care and patience when approaching the above road sections. Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.
