TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on West Kowloon Highway, Tai Kok Tsui
Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road works, the following traffic lanes will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic during the periods specified below:
(i) From 11.00 p. on 15 August 2022 to 6.00 a.m. on the following day and
From 11.00 p.m. on 16 August 2022 to 6.00 a.m. on the following day
The slow lane of West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 300 meters north of its junction with Lai Cheung Road (near Hong Kong Red Cross Headquarters Run Run Shaw Building) to a point about 585 meters north of the same junction (near Olympic City Two).
(ii) From 11.00 p. on 17 August 2022 to 6.00 a.m. on the following day and
From 11.00 p.m. on 18 August 2022 to 6.00 a.m. on the following day
The slow lane of West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 415 meters north of its junction with Lai Cheung Road (near Olympian City Two) to a point about 720 meters north of the same junction (near HSBC Centre).
(iii) From 11.00 p. on 22 August 2022 to 6.00 a.m. on the following day and
From 11.00 p.m. on 23 August 2022 to 6.00 a.m. on the following day
(a) The first left lane of West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 590 meters north of its junction with Lai Cheung Road (near Olympian City Two) to a point about 1100 meters north of the same junction (near Harbour Green);
(b) The second left lane of West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 745 meters north of its junction with Lai Cheung Road (near Olympic City Two) to a point about 810 meters north of the same junction (near HSBC Centre); and
(c) The first right lane of West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 525 meters north of its junction with Lai Cheung Road Road (near Olympic MTR Station) to a point about 725 meters north of the same junction (near HSBC Centre).
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
