In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 6 December 2022, the eastern kerbside lane of Wellington Street from a point about 15 metres north of its junction with Lyndhurst Terrace to a point about 20 metres south of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

1. 1. Picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. Loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
