Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements in Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in the vicinity of Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate from 2 June 2023 to 31 May 2024:
(I) Temporary Relocation of Bus Stops
The bus stops of KMB Route Nos. 98, 290B, 290E, 298E and 298F, and NWFB Route Nos. 793, 795, 795P, 796X, 797, 797M, 798P and 798X on Chun Yat Street southbound near Chun Cheong Street will be relocated to a point about 100 metres south of the existing locations.
(II) Temporary Goods Vehicle Parking Space Arrangement
The existing 8.00 pm to 8.00 am daily goods vehicle parking space on the western kerbside lane of Chun Yat Street will be reduced by a total of 125 metres in length. At the same time, another 8.00 pm to 8.00 am daily goods vehicle parking space of about 102 metres in total length will be provided on the northern kerbside lane of Chun Cheong Street east of Chun Yat Street and about 23 metres in total length will be provided on the eastern kerbside lane of Chun Kwong Street south of Chun Cheong Street.
Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists. Notices will be displayed at the bus stops to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
