In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 4.00 pm on 20 October 2023, the western kerbside lane of the western lay-by on Lung Kong Road northbound from a point about 30 metres north of its junction with Prince Edward Road West eastbound to a point about 90 metres north of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone from 7.00 am to 12.00 midnight daily (except goods vehicles loading/ unloading and public light buses pick up/ drop off).

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except goods vehicles, public light buses, franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
