In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 00.00 a.m. on 9 November 2023 to 11.59 p.m. on 29 June 2024, the section of Tseung Kwan O Road northbound from a point about 270 metres north of its junction with Lei Yue Mun Road to a point about 1030 metres north of the same junction will continue to be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs have been erected to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
