ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Rescission of Taxi Restricted Zones on Kent Road, Kowloon Tong
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 10 November 2023, the existing taxi restricted zones designated 24 hours daily on the following sections of Kent Road will be rescinded:
(a) the western kerbside lane of Kent Road from a point about 50 metres north of its junction with Somerset Road to a point about 40 metres north of the same junction; and
(b) the eastern kerbside lane of Kent Road from a point about 39 metres south of its junction with Somerset Road to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction.
