In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 5.00 a.m. on 26 November 2023, the Wong Tai Sin Public Light Bus (Scheduled) Service Terminus will be designated as prohibited zones 24 hours daily as below:-

• Drivers of all motor vehicles, except public light bus (scheduled) service and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles into this prohibited zone; and

• Drivers of all motor vehicles exceeding 4 metres in height, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles into this prohibited zone.

The exact boundaries of the above prohibited zones in the Wong Tai Sin Public Light Bus (Scheduled) Service Terminus are delineated by hatching on the drawing shown in the Schedule.
