Pursuant to the powers vested in me under section 8B(1) of the Road Tunnels (Government) Ordinance (Chapter 368), I hereby designate that with effect from 5:00 am on 24 December 2023, Aberdeen Tunnel (for southbound traffic flow towards Aberdeen and northbound towards Wan Chai) will be operated without toll booths.
