In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulation, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 p.m. on 29 December 2023 to 6.00 p.m. on 28 June 2024, the road section of Hoi Fan Road between cul-de-sac of Hoi Fan Road and Hoi Fai Road will be designated as temporary prohibited zone 24 hours daily for vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length (except for access).

        Drivers of all motor vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles into the temporary prohibited zone.

        The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
