ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zone on Tsun Yip Street, Kwun Tong


        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 19 January 2024, the eastern kerbside lane of Tsun Yip Street from a point about 15 metres north of its junction with Hoi Bun Road to a point about 95 metres north of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily (except general holidays).


        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:


(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or road markings.


        At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
