Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Ping Che Road from 10 a.m. on 26 January 2024 (Friday) to 4 p.m. on 25 May 2024 (Saturday).
(I) Traffic Arrangements
Ping Che Road from a point about 400 metres south of its junction with Lin Ma Hang Road to a point about 480 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily converted to one-lane two-way traffic.
The bus stop of KMB route no. 79K (Tai Kwu Ling bound) on Ping Che Road (northbound) near Tong Fong will be temporarily relocated 35 metres northward; the bus stop of the route (Sheung Shui bound) on Ping Che Road (southbound) near Tong Fong will be temporarily relocated 50 metres southward.
Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be provided on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care. Notices will be displayed by the bus company to inform passengers of the above temporary bus stop arrangement.
