In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 16 February 2024, the eastern kerbside of Renfrew Road from a point about 95 metres south of its junction with Baptist University Road to a point about 220 metres south of the same junction (except the lay-by) will be designated as restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily (except general holidays).

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis, and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
