In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 26 February 2024 to 6.00 pm on 31 July 2024, the section of Sin Fat Road from a point about 540 metres east of its junction with Cha Kwo Ling Road to its cul-de-sec will be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone for all motor vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length 24 hours daily.

        Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length into the prohibited zone.

        The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
