Extension of Temporary Prohibited Zone for Vehicles
Exceeding 13 metres in Length in Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung


In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.01 p.m. on 17 March 2024 to 6.00 p.m. on 16 June 2024, the section of Lei Muk Road (northbound) between Wo Yi Hop Road (eastbound) and Tung Chi Street (westbound) will continue to be temporarily designated as prohibited zone 24 hours daily for vehicles exceeding 13 metres in length.

Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 13 metres in length into the prohibited zone.

The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
