ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Temporary Restricted Zone on Pik Wan Road, Lam Tin


        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 1 March 2024 to 11.59 pm on 30 June 2024, the section of Pik Wan Road from a point about 110 metres north of its junction with O King Road to a point about 135 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.


        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from: -


(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
