Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 00.01 a.m. to 05.30 a.m. daily on 15, 19 and 28 March, 15, 19 and 26 April 2024 as specified below.

(1) ROAD CLOSURE

The slip road leading from So Kwun Po Road southbound and Kai Leng roundabout to Fanling Highway southbound will be temporarily closed for all vehicular traffic.

(2) TRAFFIC DIVERSION

1. Vehicles on So Kwun Po Road heading for Tai Po and Kowloon will be diverted via Kai Leng roundabout, So Kwun Po Road northbound, Jockey Club Road southbound and the slip road leading from Jockey Club Road southbound to Fanling Highway southbound; and
2. Vehicles on So Kwun Po Road heading for Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point will be diverted via Kai Leng roundabout, So Kwun Po Road northbound, Jockey Club Road southbound and Sha Tau Kok Road northbound.

(3) PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES ARRANGEMENTS

LWB Route No. N42A (Tung Chung bound) will be diverted via San Wan Road southbound, Jockey Club Road southbound and the slip road leading from Jockey Club Road southbound to Fanling Highway southbound, before resuming its normal routeing.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
