In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 7.00 am on 22 March 2024, the eastern kerbside lane of Caroline Hill Road from a point about 180 metres south of its junction with Link Road to a point about 220 metres south of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

     Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner of Transport, will be prohibited from:-

(a) Picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b) Loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road marking.
