Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements
on Texaco Road and Tsing Tsuen Road, Tsuen Wan
Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 0.01 a.m. to 6.00 a.m. on 23, 25, 27, 30 April, 2, 4, 7, 9, 11 and 14 May 2024:
(I) Road Closure
- The section of Texaco Road Flyover (westbound) between Texaco Road (westbound) and Tsing Tsuen Road (westbound) will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
- Part of the traffic lanes of Tsing Tsuen Road (westbound) from a point about 280 metres west of its junction with Tsuen Tsing Interchange to a point about 420 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
(II) Traffic Diversion
- Affected vehicles from Texaco Road (westbound) heading for Tsing Yi and Lantau will be diverted to Texaco Road (westbound) at-grade, Tsuen Tsing Interchange and Tsing Tsuen Road (westbound).
(III) Public Transport Service Arrangement
- Residents' service route no. NR 331 (Ma Wan (Pak Yan Road) Bound) will be diverted to travel via Texaco Road (westbound) at-grade, Tsuen Tsing Interchange and Tsing Tsuen Road (westbound) before resuming its normal routeing.
Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.
