TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Kwun Tong Bypass
Members of the public are advised that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Kwun Tong Bypass from 1:00 am to 6:00 am daily on 7, 13, 22, 24, 27 May and 3, 5 June 2025:-
- Road Closure
The slip road leading from Kai Fuk Road southbound (near Sheung Yee Road) to Kwun Tong Bypass southbound will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
- Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Kai Fuk Road southbound heading to Kwun Tong Bypass southbound will be diverted via Sheung Yee Road eastbound, Wang Chiu Road southbound and Kwun Tong Bypass southbound.
- Public Transport Arrangements
KMB route nos. 98D (Hang Hau (North) bound), 219X (Laguna City bound), 296D (Sheung Tak bound) and CTB route nos. 790 (Oscar by the Sea bound), 795X (Oscar by the Sea bound) will be diverted via Sheung Yee Road eastbound, Wang Chiu Road southbound and Kwun Tong Bypass southbound before resuming to original routeing.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The bus companies will display notices to notify passengers of the above arrangements.
