In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 12 May 2025 to 4.00 p.m. on 24 May 2025, the section of Lai Chi Kok Road slip road (outside Wang Cheong Building) from a point about 19 metres east from its junction with Tan Lai Street northbound to a point about 75 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

         (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

         (b) loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

         At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
