TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Sheung Wan

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate the tram track renewal works, the following temporary traffic arrangements in Sheung Wan will be implemented from 10.00 am on 14 May 2025 to 10.00 am on 28 May 2025:-

A. Road Closure
The service road of Connaught Road Central eastbound between Morrison Street and Cleverly Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic (except trams).

B. Banning of Turning Movement
Vehicles on Morrison Street northbound will be prohibited from making right turn onto the service road of Connaught Road Central eastbound.

C. Traffic Diversion
Vehicles on Des Voeux Road Central westbound heading for Des Voeux Road Central eastbound shall be diverted via Connaught Road West westbound, Wing Lok Street eastbound, Bonham Strand eastbound and Morrison Street northbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be provided on site to guide motorists.
