Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay in Tuen Mun
Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay from 10.00 am on 12 May 2025 to 6.00 pm on 17 May 2025:
- Banning of Turning Movement
- Vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right-turn from Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay westbound onto Palm Beach;
- Vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right-turn from Palm Beach onto Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay westbound;
- Vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right-turn from Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay eastbound onto Monte Carlo Villas; and
- Vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right-turn from Monte Carlo Villas onto Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay eastbound.
- Traffic Diversion
- Vehicles on Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay westbound heading for Palm Beach will be diverted via Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay westbound, roundabout near Tsing Ying Road and Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay eastbound;
- Vehicles at Palm Beach heading for Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay westbound will be diverted via Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay eastbound, Castle Peak Road – So Kwun Wat eastbound, roundabout near Tsing Lung Road, Castle Peak Road – So Kwun Wat westbound and Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay westbound;
- Vehicles on Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay eastbound heading for Monte Carlo Villas will be diverted via Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay eastbound, Castle Peak Road – So Kwun Wat eastbound, roundabout near Tsing Lung Road, Castle Peak Road – So Kwun Wat westbound and Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay westbound; and
- Vehicles at Monte Carlo Villas heading for Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay eastbound will be diverted via Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay westbound, roundabout near Tsing Ying Road and Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay eastbound.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.
