In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10:00 am on 16 May 2025, the following road sections in Sai Kung District will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:.

1. 1. the eastern kerbside lane On Hei Street from a point about 295 metres south of its junction with the ingress of Anderson (On Yu Road) Public Transport Terminus to a point about 340 metres south of the same junction;
      
      
   2. the western kerbside lane On Hei Street from a point about 240 metres south of its junction with the ingress of Anderson (On Yu Road) Public Transport Terminus to a point about 285 metres south of the same junction;
      
      
   3. the eastern kerbside lane On Yu Road from a point about 60 metres north of its junction with On Kin Road to a point about 105 metres north of the same junction;
      
      
   4. the western kerbside lane On Yu Road from a point about 65 metres north of its junction with On Kin Road to a point about 110 metres north of the same junction;
      
      
   5. the eastern kerbside lane On Yu Road from a point about 30 metres south of its junction with On Yu Path to a point about 85 metres south of the same junction; and
      
      
   6. the western kerbside lane On Yu Road from a point about 30 metres south of its junction with On Yu Path to a point about 85 metres south of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

        (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
