In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 19 May 2025 to 6.00 pm on 28 June 2025, the southern kerbside lane of San Shan Road from a point about 15 metres west of its junction with To Kwa Wan Road to a point about 75 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

         Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

         (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

         (b)  loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

         At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
