Members of the public are advised that in order to facilitate lifting works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 10.00 pm to 5.00 am of the following day on 29 May 2025:

1. Road Closure
   
   The section of Ming Kum Road southbound between Tin King Road and Tsing Tin Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
   
   
2. Banning of Turning Movement
   
   All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Tin King Road eastbound near Tuen Mun North West Swimming Pool onto Ming Kum Road southbound.
   
   
3. Traffic Diversion
   
   (a) Affected vehicles from Tin King Road eastbound heading for Ming Kum Road southbound will be diverted via Ming Kum Road northbound, Tsun Wen Road southbound and Tsing Tin Road westbound; and
   
   (b) Affected vehicles from Ming Kum Road southbound heading for Tsing Tin Road eastbound will be diverted via Tin King Road westbound.
