Members of the public are advised that the following sections of cycle tracks will be temporarily closed to facilitate the holding of Sha Tin Dragon Boat Race 2025:

1. A section of cycle track along the northside of the Shing Mun River between Yuen Wo Road Sports Centre and Sha Tin Jockey Club Swimming Pool will be temporarily closed from 10.30 am to 12.00 nn on 18 May 2025;

2. A section of cycle track along the northside of the Shing Mun River outside Yuen Wo Tennis Court will be temporarily closed from 2.00 pm on 30 May to 3.00 pm on 31 May 2025; and

3. A section of cycle track along the northside of the Shing Mun River between Yuen Wo Road Sports Centre and Sha Tin Sports Ground will be temporarily closed from 7.00 am to 2.30 pm on 31 May 2025.

        During the closure period of the cycle track, cyclists are required to dismount upon entering/leaving the abovementioned cycle track.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be put up and Police Officers will be on-site to guide the public. Actual implementation of and adjustments to road closures and traffic control will be made by the Police at the time depending on conditions in the areas.
