Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Kwun Tong Road from 11.00 pm on 24 May 2025 to 7.00 am of the following day:-

1. Lane Closure

The second left lane of about 320 metres on Kwun Tong Road southbound near Tak Bo Garden will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

2. Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn movement from Choi Wan Road westbound onto Kwun Tong Road southbound.

3. Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Choi Wan Road westbound heading for Kwun Tong Road southbound will be temporarily diverted via Ngau Tau Kok Road southbound, Chun Wah Road eastbound, Choi Ha Road northbound, Jordan Valley North Road westbound, Ngau Tau Kok Road northbound, Fuk To Street westbound and Kwun Tong Road southbound.

4. Public Transport Arrangements

1. The bus stops for KMB Route Nos. 1A, 3D, 11C, 14, 15, 16, 17, 38, 62X, 88X, 259D, N3D and Cross Harbour Route No. 101 on Kwun Tong Road southbound near East Kowloon Cultural Centre will be temporarily relocated about 180 metres southwards; and
   
   
2. The bus stops for KMB Route Nos. 11B, 40, 74X, 80, 89C, 89X, CTB Route Nos. A22, A29, E22, E22A, N29 and NA29 on Kwun Tong Road southbound near East Kowloon Cultural Centre will be temporarily relocated for about 200 metres southwards.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care. Notices will also be displayed by public transport operators to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
