TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Chai Wan Road, Chai Wan

        Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate water mains works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 10.00 am on 27 May 2025 to 6.00 pm on 7 July 2025:

I. Temporary Traffic Arrangements

Part of the traffic lanes of Chai Wan Road eastbound between Island Garden and Water Supplies Department Chai Wan North No. 2 Pumping Station will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm daily on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).

II. Temporary Transport Arrangements

i. Temporary bus stop relocation

The bus stop of Citybus Route Nos. 8, 8H, 8S, 8X, 9, 14, 81, 81A, 82, 82S, 780, A12, SP11, N8, and N8X, Cross Harbour Route Nos. 106, 106P, 118, 606, 606X, 682, 682A, 682B, 682P, 694, 694S, 988 and N118 and KMB Route No. 613A at Chai Wan Road eastbound near Water Supplies Department Chai Wan North No. 2 Pumping Station will be temporarily relocated for around 20 metres eastwards.

ii. Temporary green minibus stop relocation

The stop of HKI GMB Route Nos. 66 and 66A at Chai Wan Road eastbound near Water Supplies Department Chai Wan North No. 2 Pumping Station will be temporarily relocated for around 40 metres eastwards.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
