In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.01 a.m. to 6.00 a.m. on 7, 10 to 14, 17 to 21, and 24 to 28 June 2025 daily, the section of Tate's Cairn Highway (northbound) from a point about 170 meters north of its junction with Sha Lek Highway (northbound) to a point about 180 meters south of its junction with Ma On Shan Road (northbound) will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
